Alison Cahn and I decided to get married back in 2015. We wanted to co-design our wedding, having control of every aspect.
We asked a friend, Selma Khan, to be our celebrant and held the ceremony outside on land adjacent to Lancaster Cohousing. We then adjurned to Halton Mill for the celebration afterwards.
We asked Katie Duxbury to help us with designing our costumes. I wanted a cloak, and bought the velvet and cotton fabric to make it with.
I was regularly consulted on progress, and the end result was much admired.
